WestJet approved uniform standards:

One pin is permitted to be worn in the upper left lapel of the blazer or break-away lanyard; pins are not permitted on shirts or blouses, or through ties or scarves
Pins must not exceed the size of a Canadian quarter
Permitted pins include:
Rainbow Pride pin (including WestJet former Pride “personality pin”)
