Free Shipping
Free Shipping on orders of $89+ (after all discounts applied). No coupon code required. Free shipping will automatically activate when your shopping cart value is $89.00 or more after all discounts are applied*.
Starting Monday June 22, 2026. Free Shipping will increase to $109.00, due to cost going up.
*Please note: There will be some exceptions to free shipping depending on the size, weight, and insurance requirements for orders.
For example, Bose Pilot Headsets are excluded from free shipping due to their value and insurance needs.
Shipment processing time
All orders will be processed within 5 Business days from the time of ordering Monday to Thursday. We fulfill orders between 9am and 3pm on the following days of the week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. *Please note- Processing orders for shipment will not occur on Friday's, weekends and statutory holidays. *Please note deliveries may not occur on weekends and there may be delays in order delivery due to seasonal weather conditions or unforeseen issues with our shipping provider.
As noted, order fulfillment will take place within 5 days of ordering (excluding Friday's, weekends and stat holidays) and then additional days depending on the shipping method selected. Choice of Shipment, at time of purchase, starts once order is fulfilled.
eg.
Order placed Tuesday 6pm-order will be fulfilled within 5 business days- Fedex two day shipping is selected- shipping timeframe starts once order is fulfilled (not from order date).
Fedex two day is only for shipping-it can take two days for your order to be fulfilled with est. arrival from time of ordering 5-7 business days (weekends and stats not included as a business day).

Curbside Pick-up
We do not offer curbside pick-up.
Local Pick-up
Campus pick up located at 22 Aerial Place NE, Calgary, Alberta T2E 3J1 is available Tuesday and Thursday between 9am and 4pm. All campus guidelines must be adhered to and followed to enter and pick up your order. Parking is available in visitor parking or designated employee parking lots. Items will be held for 14 days from fulfillment – unless arrangements have been made for alternate pick up date/time any orders not picked up within 14 days will be refunded to original form of payment and re-stocked. A pick up reminder will be sent out before order is refunded and re-stocked.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
We cannot deliver to PO boxes
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your parcel.
Customs, duties, and taxes
We are currently only shipping within Canada. Purchases with delivery outside of Canada will be cancelled and refunded to original form of payment.
Damages
The WestJet Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or WestJetStore@westjet.com Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
