RETURN POLICY
Clearance and holiday/seasonal items are all Final Sale-they are not eligible to be returned, exchanged or refunded.
In Order to return an item, it cannot be worn or washed, the tags are still attached, and it is still in its original packaging (as applicable), then we are happy to offer a refund.
Accessories, personal care items and intimates are FINAL SALE. This includes jewelry, under garments, lotions, makeup products, lip balms and sun care products are all FINAL SALE.
All clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Our shipments are carefully hand packed; however, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.
Receipt required for all returns and exchanges.
RETURNS
The WestJet Store will accept merchandise returns for a refund to original form of payment within 21 days of purchase or delivery. If original form of payment is not available your refund will go back to a WestJet Store Gift Card.
The day of purchase counts as day 1. Our policy lasts 21 days. If more than 21 days have gone by since the confirmed order date we will not be able to offer a refund. We cannot offer exchanges for items sent back to us through a delivery service, you will only receive a refund for these items. Once the item is refunded you will have to place a new order.
Any ineligible returns will be held for 30 days. You will have the option of arranging for re-delivery at the real shipping cost or they will be donated to a local charity.
Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will only be accepted by mail/courier or In Store refunds. We are open for in store refunds on Tuesday's and Thursday's between 11am and 2pm.
*Please note periodically we are closed for external events on a Tuesday or Thursday so please confirm by emailing us at WestJetStore@westjet.com to check when we will be open.
Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s). Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs when you return the item (including a refused order) and we suggest that you add a tracking number to your shipment. We are not responsible for any lost return packages in the mail or by courier.
If you purchase an item in store with a debit card and need return it, the debit card used has to be present to complete a refund. If you ship the item back to us for a return we cannot refund back to a debit card, therefore a gift card will be issued for the return. If you purchase in store or online with a credit card we can refund without the card being present.
All refunds must be refunded back to the original form of payment- if your debit card or credit card has changed, please note a refund to a new card is not possible- therefore a refund to a gift card with be done.
Please note: A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your original form of payment.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please note we will replace any defective items at our cost, please email the WestJet Store at WestJetStore@westjet.com for instructions to have product replaced.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately no changes or cancellations can be made. Please see our return policy for further instructions.
